Thank you for attending the AGM!

Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM last night and welcome to the new members of the board. We feel the AGM went really well, we always welcome feedback from you to ensure we are making the right decisions to ensure our property is maintained according to the Bylaws and has a uniform look and funtion. Once all the new members are brought on board in the next few weeks I will add a post introducing them as your new representatives!

Phase One Deck Construction Project - Starting Today, June 11!

Letters were distributed last night to owners who will be receiving a new deck this summer which means the construction of new decks in Phase One will be complete by the end of Summer 2009! We do apologize for sending out the letters with such short notice we were waiting for the vendor to determine when they would start construction. The demolition of the decks will happen quickly over the next 2-3 weeks so please keep your eye out and remove all items from your deck when Hammerdown is getting close to your unit. Thank you!
