Garbage Bins

The Board will be providing 2 large garbage bins in May for a spring clean up. Dates will be specified when confirmed, as well, as a list of acceptable items.

Spring Walk Around

Board members and Dee (Ultimate Property Management) will be doing a spring walk around in the near future. Assessing the complex for items in need of repair. The results of the walk around will allow the Board to identify issues that need to be addressed and plan for future work.
