The board is very excited to be working with Ultimate Property Management Inc.! We all agree the level of dedication and commitment has increased drastically in a short time, we are in much better hands as owners of this great property. Ultimate is working diligently to organize all of the documents transferred from Gateway Property and are working hard to understand the needs of Mountview Parc. The board continues to partner with Ultimate to build a strong relationship and determine efficient processes to plan a successful future for Mountview Parc.
