Hello everyone, the board has set the date of the next condo board meeting on September 22, if you have anything you would like us to discuss please email Tanya at Ultimate. All the cualking/cladding is complete and the painting has begun. It is amazing the improvment to to appearance of the buildings! Any windows that weren't cladded are being sanded and painted and I know my unit looks 100% better. The deck replacement project is in full swing in Phase 1 and so from I hear so far so good. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns or issues with any of the work being done around our property.

When can we expect our railings to be put on our new decks? As well as the privacy wall between the two units. Can you please do a post updating us on this? It's been a month since my deck has been on, and this has not been addressed.

Does anyone know about the gates that Ultimate is optionally installing?
Does anyone have a diagram of what the final installation with the gate would look like?
The dead line to respond to ultimate by is 15th Sept.
I also received a letter from Ultimate regarding gates - what gates??? This is the first I've heard of any gates? I did not even have a new gate installed this year!

I'm not so sure a delivery company could get a major appliance through the 30 inch space now left at the top of the stairs. I believe the old spacing was closer to 40 inches. My concern is more to home owners moving out or in, and trying fit their furniture through this space!!!

I have a concern about the painters. I see that there has been a nasty paint spill on the back of someone's unit, #3311, and I haven't seen the painters attempting to clean this up. I think everyone should be concerned about this because it affects the overall look of the complex and could just as easily happen on any other unit. I would hope that this is resolved before the painters receive their payment.
