Is there going to be some sort of intrest collected on outstanding people?
I would love to have paid 2 months late with no penalty...it would have beat the 70 bucks I paid on my line of credit.

Yes, interest is being charged on all outstanding balances for the special assessment. The interest rate is established at Ultimate Property Management in accordance to condo accounting and is set at 1.5%.
