Between Monday May 16 and Friday May 20 Caution Window Cleaning Inc. will be power washing the vinyl siding and all exterior windows at our complex.
Please close all windows, remove windows screens and remove unnecessary items from your deck / porch.

We are not sure of the status of the window and siding washing. Board members have noticed areas of concern and have asked Ultimate Property Management to contact the contractor.

Any idea when they may come back? It' a pain having to close all the windows each day and then they don't come. Thanks!
We were told they would be back when the weather cleared. Hopefully it will be this week. Please contact Zoltan at Ultimate Property Management, he may have a specific date.
