I also received a letter about the new gates and was surprised since I am not scheduled to have my deck replaced until next year. Why would I put a gate on a deck that is due to be replaced?
I called the Condo Board twice last week requesting more information and as of today September 17. I have not heard back from them (first message left with the receptionist and the second message left on their voice mail, stating I previous left a message).
I would like a gate on my new deck as I have had people on my deck but it sounds a bit pricey.
Will we have the abilty to put a lock on the gate to keep people out?
Will try to call Condo Management again but it is past the deadline now!
