Recycling being taken from decks...

We are aware of the homeless man that is sometimes spotted on our property. According to the bylaws recycling is not permitted on decks therefore if any recycling is taken from an owners deck the board is not responsible. The best way to keep this man off our property is to move recyclable inside the house. If we all live according to the bylaws and have our recycling stored in the house there will be no reason for this man to visit our property. If you had a new deck installed in 2008 and would like to look into the possibility of purchasing a gate please contact Ultimate.

Have a heart, Christmas is upon us and even the homeless need a helping hand through tough times...really to give him a few bottles is nothing when we all have so much.

This may be true ...
but he has no right to come on our property and steal!
I will call the Police if I see anyone on my deck.

I'm sure the police have better things to do then deal with a complaint about someone taking tin cans from a deck. They will probably tell you that if you don't want to attract homeless people then keep them inside. I keep my cans in a ryclcing bin in the basement.

like the bylaws say...you are not suppose to keep cans on the deck anyways...if you do it is your own fault...The police have better things to do than chase a poor homeless man around...baahumbug on you lady.

I don't keep pop cans or recyclying on my deck. Needless to say, no one has any business on our decks!
