Are those hand rails on Merrill Drive???

Yes they are! Advanced Developments installed hand rails in front of the properties on the south/west side of Merrill Drive. The cement steps are steep and very difficult to get down, especially in the winter, and the board wanted to make sure the owners and their guest were safe when entering and exiting these units. If you live on the south/west side of Merrill Drive and have any questions or concerns about the new hand rails please contact Betty at Ultimate Property.

December Board Meeting

The condo board met with Ultimate on December 12 and one of the many discussions was around the budget for 2008. Betty and Judy have spent a lot of time making sense of the financials transferred from Gateway Property and have produced documents that are much easier to read and truely reflect Phase 1 and Phase 2. A copy will be distributed to all owners by mail in January. Once you receive the information if you have any questions or concerns please contact Betty at Ultimate.

Special Resolution Letter

By now you should have received a Special Resolution letter in regards to the windows and doors in your unit. The condo board asks that you please consider the letter and return it in the envelope provided as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about this letter or need more information please contact Ultimate Property Management. Thank you for your prompt response to this matter.

Everyone is assigned an electrical outlet to plug their car in when the temperature drops like it did last night! Please make sure you are plugging your car into the right outlet. If you are unsure which outlet is yours or your outlet is not working please contact Ultimate Property Management.

The snow is here!

The snow has started to fall and the condo board has hired Longview Snow Removal Company to remove the snow from our walks in a timely manner. The walks have been cleared and Longview did a great job. If you have any questions or concerns about Longview and the snow removal at Mountview Parc please contact Ultimate Property Management.
