Work continues on the retaining wall. Unforunately, more work was needed than was originally thought due to the continued heavy rains.

Sidewalk Replacement
Work has began on replacing some of the sidewalks in our community.
The Board has approve replacement of some sidewalks in both Phases. The sidewalks chosen were based on a "need to do basis" for safety reasons. Sidewalk replacements are expected expenses as outlined in the reserve study.
