The snow is here!

The snow has started to fall and the condo board has hired Longview Snow Removal Company to remove the snow from our walks in a timely manner. The walks have been cleared and Longview did a great job. If you have any questions or concerns about Longview and the snow removal at Mountview Parc please contact Ultimate Property Management.

Thank you to all the owners that made it out today to meet the New Condo Board and Betty our New Property Manager! We enjoy meeting the owners of Mountview Parc and appreciate all the great ideas and feedback that were discussed. The board is very excited to be working with Ultimate Property Management Inc.! We all agree the level of dedication and commitment has increased drastically in a short time, we are in much better hands as owners of this great property. Ultimate is working diligently to organize all of the documents transferred from Gateway Property and are working hard to understand the needs of Mountview Parc. The board continues to partner with Ultimate to build a strong relationship and determine efficient processes to plan a successful future for Mountview Parc. We will continue to update you on the progress and this relationship and plan for the future!
