Phase 1 Special Assessment - Due August 1, 2009

Now that we are through the Christmas season we will be putting monthly reminders on the blog and in the newsletter about the Phase 1 Special Assessment due by August 1, 2009. It is not the intention of the board to "bug" owners about this matter, it is simply a reminder because we all have busy lives...

You would have receive a letter with the approved 2009 budget outlining the special assessment for Phase 1 owners. If you did not receive this letter in the mail please contact Ultimate for more details. Specific questions about the assessment will not be address on the blog, please contact Ultimate.

When did letters go out requesting funds? I do not remember receiving one.

I received the letter a while back detailing the condo fees for the year that mentioned a special assessment. Am I correct to assume that we will be receiving another letter shortly with more information detailing the amount of special assessment owed?

Hi, just wondering if it is possible to make payments leading up to the August 1 due date? Perhaps we could write our unit number on the cheque or something? Thank you.
