New front exterior light fixtures should be installed within the next week on each townhouse.
Please ensure that you turn off your front exterior light during the day so that your new light fixture can be safely installed.

Yes, I did notice that my light bulb was replaced as well.

Is anyone else finding that the screws in the front deck are rusting through the paint job from last summer?
And that the screws in the back deck are also rusted?
Just a heads up if you havn't already seen...or smelt for that matter. A skunk is marking it's territory in our community. I have seen it around phase 1.
