Updates from the Board

Wednesday May 21, 2014 has been tentatively scheduled for the Annual General Meeting. Confirmation will follow.

Unit Management Ltd. is obtaining quotes for garbage bins to help facilitate your spring cleaning. Dates to be confirmed.

The structure of the Phase II retaining wall is complete. There are still some minor items to be completed. The Board is looking into gravel options for the parking stalls.

Hi Board Members,

My name is Faizan (from Savvy Building Reviews) and I am currently in the process of compiling the 2015 Reserve Fund Study reports for Phase 1 and Phase 2 via Unit Management Ltd.

For the report, I am seeking information on the current status of recently undertaken major capital work items, notably roofs, eavestrough and downpipes, vinyl siding and concrete walkway and stairs. If anyone can help me in providing an update with building-wise specifics on this, please let me know at my email address:

I have also requested the Property Manager for the information, and thought to request the Board as well. It would greatly help to have this information, at the earliest please.
