Has our garbage pick up day been changed?
Not that I'm aware of.
my garbage was picked up today (thursday) as usual.
If the garbage is not picked up call 311 They usually respond quickly in my experience.

When are the white dividers going back up? The decks have been finished for awhile?
Re: the dividers on the decks. Carole from Ultimate will be meeting with the contractors (Hammerdown) on site shortly to discuss the completion of the decks, including the installation of the dividers (which the recent windstorms have relocated to various parts of the complex). Thanks for your patience and we'll update you when we know more.

Could you have them take a quick look at the ones put back up last year? The one on my back deck wasn't properly screwed back into the roof.

To: the person who posted about their privacy barrier not being screwed into the roof. - I've mentioned this to Carole at Ultimate but please contact her directly with your street address, so they can ensure that they check the privacy barrier for your unit.
