Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM last night and welcome to the new members of the board. We feel the AGM went really well, we always welcome feedback from you to ensure we are making the right decisions to ensure our property is maintained according to the Bylaws and has a uniform look and funtion. Once all the new members are brought on board in the next few weeks I will add a post introducing them as your new representatives!

Thanks to the board for listening to the residents concerns about recycling and composting. Lets hope the board approves the composting once good solutions are made.
Recycling, re-using and composting are important for our earth.
Just to note - furniture can be donated to different groups. The homeless shelter takes furnture at no charge and they are always in need of it. We were disheartened to see furniture thrown in the large garbage bin (not sure what the conition was but someone may have made some use out of it).
