Board members completed a spring walk around on April 28. Several areas of concern were identified and are being handled.
Replacement of back outside lights in Phase 2 has been completed.
Spring clean-up garbage bins - May 15 to May 27, 2011.
Unit water damage repairs are in progress.
Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 27, 7 pm, at Winston Heights Community Hall.
No dumping signs will be place in the alley behind Phase 2.
Phase 1 back decks to be stained in the near future.
Phase 1 still has outstanding Bylaws. Please send in your completed form if you have not already done so,
Siding repairs to be completed in the near future.

Any chance we can have the wooden "railings" that are on the retaining wall (Phase II) fixed so they don't fall down in the wind? The wood planks are neither attached to each other nor to the steel beams that protrude from the ground. As they are now, they wouldn't stop someone from falling over the retaining wall.

Thanks for the tip on the railings. One of the Board members will look at the area this weekend and will contact Ultimate Property Management with details.
Ultimate Property Management will be contacted about the railing and a contractor will be hired to repair the railing.
