Blog Spam Comments

The blog has received several spam comments in the past few days (up to 4 a day). In order to eliminate this problem I have enabled comment word verification. Therefore, when anyone leaves a comment on the blog they will be required to complete a word verification step.

What this does - prevents automated systems from adding comments to the blog, since it takes a human being to read the word and pass this step. We have received several comments that looked like an advertisement or a random link to an unrelated site which is comment spam. A lot of this is done automatically by software which can't pass the word verification, so by enabling the word verification option this should prevent many such unwanted comments.

Please continue to leave your comments on the Blog. It is checked regularly and a way for the Board to keep in touch with everyone.
