It has been brought to the Board's attention that some homeowners have experienced thief from their privacy area (bedding plants, bbq tank, etc.).
The Board would like to recommend that people keep an eye out for any suspicious activities and call the authorities if necessary.

My roommates car was stolen from in front of the house tonight between 7pm and 8pm.
No one seems to have seen anything out of the ordinary so far.
Green car with out of province plates, parked on 33 ave.
Any info is much appriciated.
