I talked to Condo Recycling Solutions today (Wed. July 14) and they would like to have the bins left at the curb in front of your unit not on the front porch.
They are aware that our notices stated the bins were to be left on the front porch and will collect the bins from both places in the next few weeks.

Just wondering if the recycling company is charging a flat rate based upon 100 units, or for just the units using the service - I'm in phase one and there seem to be very few people actually putting out their bins yet, and two units that I know of have been unoccupied and for sale for several months.
We are paying $1.50 per week per townhouse. Unfortunately, the company would only do all or nothing.
Recycling was voted on and approved at the Annual General Meeting.
Hopefully, more people will start using the services as we are paying for it whether they use the service or not.
The Board can always re-visit this in the future.
